Michele is the COO for SERVPRO of East Independence/Blue Springs.
As COO, she oversees the daily operations, ensuring that every aspect of the business runs smoothly while aligning with the company's overarching goals.
She maintains the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC):
- Water Removal Technician
- Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician
She is also HIPAA certified.

Travis
Travis is the General Manager for SERVPRO of East Independence/Blue Springs. He creates business plans and goals to ensure company success and client satisfaction. He also monitors various company divisions such as the production, office, and marketing staff to meet objectives and track revenue.

Virginia
Virginia is the Inventory and Asset Manager at SERVPRO of East Independence/Blue Springs. She is responsible for the management and implementation of SERVPRO policies and processes to control and maintain physical assets, including property, vehicles, equipment, and supplies.

Emily
Emily is the Large Loss Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of East Independence/Blue Springs. She is responsible for maintaining job files from start to finish of a large loss project. She tracks estimates, job progression, billing, client communication and more.

Carla
