Got Mold? We Have the Solution!
Months after a widespread storm, one of our clients noticed some microbial growth near the entrance of their establishment. Our project manager went out to the location and performed the standard assessment, which returned positive for mold. There were three spots where they found microbial growth in the ceiling. What had happened was during this storm, moisture seeped, which creates the perfect conditions for microbial growth. Our crew started by removing drywall ceilings, flood cuts, vinyl, and insulation. Our plumbers were called in to ensure all plumbing was detached in both bathrooms. Our plumbers then told our project manager that they were suspicious of more microbial growth. Our project manager came out and found more growth, so our crew set up containment to ensure the development wasn’t going to spread even more. Once our team finished the mitigation aspect, the reconstruction crew was scheduled to complete stage 2 of this project.
