We Can Fix Those Accidental Moments!

The client called our team of professionals to a job where the homeowner had left the sink was left running, which caused flooding. The water was absorbed into the baseboards then traveled to the carpeted bedroom and closet. As seen in the before picture, you can observe the vinyl in the bathroom is bubbling, which means moisture is underneath the flooring. Action needed to be taken as microbial growth underneath the vinyl is possible. Our crew removed all flooring and set up air movers to direct airflow onto damp flooring material to ensure dry structures. Once the flooring structure was thoroughly dried, our team reset the equipment to direct the airflow towards the drywall. The team also took a look at the vanity to ensure no remaining moisture was remaining behind the structure. Once all surfaces were dried out, we removed all equipment, and this is when our reconstruction team will take over and install new flooring for the bathroom and hallway.
