Tackling What Needed to Get Done!
A fire that started on the 6th-floor closet caused the sprinklers to go off on that floor. Since the sprinkler system was running, there was a decent amount of water damage on the 6th floor’s elevator shaft. This caused water to affect all floors down to the basement partially. We had crews on each floor working their way through each affected room. This made it possible to complete the job based on the timeline previously discussed with the client and the Project Manager. Our team had to restore the damage from the fire and water. Still, with the moisture absorbed by the carpet, we had to consider the possibility of microbial growth. Our team was able to handle such a tremendous job, and they were determined to close this job so this company could reopen.
