All Hands On Deck To Get It Completed
When a client has a deadline that they want to meet to ensure they can reopen successfully, we will do everything in our power to meet that deadline. For this local restaurant, we had all hands on deck to ensure we were operating at a pace that we would be able to meet the deadline. The fire started after some towels were ignited, which caused two sprinkler heads to pop off and wet the electrical box. Our team began by bringing air scrubbers and air movers to help direct the airflow to help evaporate the water and help push the smoke smell out of the area. The kitchen staff cleaned all dishware countertops and tables and mopped the dining room to move the process along. It was a groups effort as we wanted to meet the deadline and the staff wanted to be reopened. We finished the job on time so they could reopen to the public.
