HVAC Closet Good As New
A customer called and said they noticed that their carpet was wet and could see a spot of microbial growth. After taking a look, we did witness some microbial growth in the HVAC closet. Our crew set up dehumidifiers to achieve the required PPD. They also added air movers due to the visible mold growth. Due to the safety of our team, we had them wearing M95 masks and gloves to ensure our crew was staying safe and healthy. After removing the water, they replaced the drywall to ensure no mold growth. The Technicians rebuild the shelf as seen in the after picture.
