Basement Flooding

Our SERVPRO team arrived shortly after the call concerning the storm damage to this residential basement. The flooding covered the concrete basement pad with contaminated groundwater which we quickly pumped out. During the drying process, we have three heavy-duty, heated axial fans pushing the still very humid air out of the structure. Upon arrival, we immediately relocated contents to a dry area to prevent continuing water damage. The After Photo illustrates the basement back to its preloss condition. We removed our advanced equipment after we reached the RH relative humidity and drying goals as per our moisture meters and thermal hygrometer readings. We managed to rescue the music sound room area from lasting damage, and our client was delighted with our fast and efficient service.
