We stick the shield Certified: SERVPRO Cleaned sticker up to ensure the companies clients know that the business is thoroughly cleaned the space!

COVID-19 pandemic has made us aware of the current situation in the workforce. Many companies have a staffing issue because the workforce prefers working at home instead of in the office. Here at SERVPRO of Marshall, Columbia and Sedalia we are trying to perform our COVID cleanings in a way that makes the companies employees feel safe to return. We created the term, Certified: SERVPRO Cleaned.

For many people, Certified: SERVPRO Cleaned doesn’t mean anything. For us, we implemented our new defensive pathogen that includes our unique 3 C’s:

• By realizing that each of our clients is different, we tailor the program to meet their goals.
• Through conversations, we can figure out unique information that ensures our team provides the highest level of service. 
• Clean
• After having those critical conversations, we will discuss our plan of action. Our client will either agree to or reject. Our deep clean is initiated using our proprietary EPA-Approved Hospital-Grade cleaning solutions.
• This process ensures that we have the highest standards that the CDC recommends for cleaning and decontamination.
• Certify:
• We want everyone that comes into the establishment to know that it was cleaned at the Certified: SERVPRO Cleaned.
• This shield represents our drive to perform in a committed way to the comfort and security of our clients.
