We should all know by now that customer feedback both online and in person has a huge effect on companies and their reputation. Here at SERVPRO of East Independence/Blue Springs, we take our customers’ feedback and concerns seriously for various reasons. Being a company that works in the residential sphere, we place even more importance on this as we are working on peoples’ beloved homes. Additionally, we prioritize our online reviews so that any prospective customers will know we are a trusted and credible source for fire, water and mold damage restoration and cleaning. Our team has worked to increase our customer feedback regarding recent jobs. We ask each of our customers for a testimonial and so far, have gotten great responses regarding our extremely prompt service, professionalism, caring approach, honesty and communication.
