The Process of How and Why We Remove Insulation!
An insulation vac allows a cleaner way to remove insulation from attic space. The blown-in insulation is sucked through the tubing, as seen in the video. The tubing is led directly to the garbage bag, replacing the old way of manually bagging and moving the bag through the structure. Insulation can be removed for multiple reasons, the most common being fire and water damage. The insulation holds onto smoke odor from fire and water compromises the efficiency, also known as the "R-value."
