Our team members aim to always put our clients first: we are ready and prepared at all times. We even have a new semi-trailer available for any large losses. No matter the size, we can help with the emergency. We have a mobilized fleet accessible for your emergency.  We have a highly trained staff with crew leaders with over 90 years of combined experience in the mitigation and restoration business. Our team at SERVPRO of East Independence/Blue Springs maintains certifications in residential and commercial approved structural drying, fire and smoke restoration, odor control, water damage restoration, carpet, and duct cleaning, and biohazard. These standards are provided by the IICRC. Truthfully, knowledge is power. Our team is committed to providing classes to our team members to ensure that the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) standard is met and that we continue to learn the best practices to take care of your home or business.
